This is the major cause of underdevelopment in business. Your staff not understanding how your business works can cause major damage to your business. They must be properly educated to be able to operate and grow your business. Keep yourself and your employees up to date on all of the current happenings in your field.

  Inability to make big decision:

As a business owner, you must be able to make big decisions that can change the status of your business. It is not just about delegating your duties to employees and supervising. It involves thinking of things that can improve your business and acting on them. You don’t have to be scared about acting on your decisions because you think they might not work. Life is all about taking risks so take the risk.

Refusing to dispense funds:

Don’t be stingy to your business. After all, the number one business rule is “You have to spend money in order to earn money”. If the problem in your business has to do with a lack of funds, tackle it by dispensing funds. A business owner that refuses to invest in his business will gradually kill the business.

 Too much Focus on Minute issues:

As a business owner, you are the boss of your business. Stop focusing too much on small issues that can be delegated to your employees, you should only supervise and make sure it is handled well. Only handle the big issues that can’t be delegated.

 Partnership with the wrong people:

To develop your business, you have to work with the right people.  Work with people who have the right attitude to work. As a business owner, you must be able to detect people with negative or positive demeanor towards your work. Partner with the right person and expect a success story.
