Keep an Open Communication Line:
The success and failure of your project could depend on how much communication flows to and through you as the leader. When individual project team members cannot reach you freely, openly and honestly, there would be several issues that would not be attended to as at when due.
Throughout the project, ensure there is an open, honest and clear line of communication among team members. Everyone should have all the information they need to complete their tasks at all times and keep in touch with each team member personally just in case they need your help.
